Present Position: Retired Founder and CEO of Media Business Corp which provides the cornerstone of competitive intelligence for the global media marketplace as well as custom research and analysis. MediaBiz also published The Morning & Evening BRIDGE e-newsletters as well as the quarterly reports known as The BRIDGE. Mr. Maxwell is an active Board member of The Cable Center and others.

Previously: Maxwell has started and/or run some 40+ publications ranging from CATV Newsweekly to Colorado Magazine to CableVision to Multichannel News and CableFAX. A successful popular song lyricist writing and performing in the early to mid-Sixties, Maxwell also served as an Army officer working as a combat correspondent for Stars & Stripes and as a combat historian during two tours in Southeast Asia.

Professional Associations: Founding Board Member of The Walter Kaitz Foundation; founding member of C-TAM; Cable TV Pioneer (1990) and Member of the Pioneer Board; and a Board member of The Cable Center.

Professional Accomplishments: In addition to his integral role in forming industry publications and associations, Maxwell is a decorated former Army Captain (Bronze Star with "V" for Valor; Army Commendation Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster). Recipient of the R. E. "Ted" Turner Innovator of the Year Award by the Southern Cable TV Association (1998) and winner of the Vanguard Award for Associates & Affiliates by the National Cable Television Association (2000). Maxwell is also a member of the Cable TV Hall of Fame (inducted in '04). Maxwell routinely speaks at industry events and is a member of a number of commercial boards.

Education: Studied theology at Southern Methodist University and Perkins Theological Seminary; studied journalism at the University of Colorado Graduate School of Journalism while learning to ski. Maxwell lives in Breckenridge with his wife, the former Evie Haskell. Maxwell is an accomplished skier, touring bicyclist, one-time lousy tennis player and avid sea kayaker.

Gibbs is a customer experience executive with over 25 years of customer experience leadership and expertise in the design, optimization and implementation of customer contact operations. Gibbs has combined skill in the human and technology side of customer contact operations, including the procurement and installation of ACD equipment, workforce management and CRM systems. He has directed the start-up of multiple customer contact operations, with industry expertise in consumer electronics, communications, retail, manufacturing, financial services, banking, and direct sales.

Gibbs has over ten years experience in the Cable Industry. Most recently Gibbs was the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience for Suddenlink Communications. Gibbs worked with Suddenlink’s six regional senior vice presidents and the managers of its customer-contact call centers in Arizona, Missouri, North Carolina, Texas and West Virginia to measure and improve Customer Satisfaction through transactional and relationship Net Promoter Programs and JD Power Research Studies.

Gibbs was also responsible for the company’s social media strategy where he made sure Suddenlink was active in the major social networking channels and found new ways to improve customer loyalty in this space.

Currently Gibbs owns two ARCpoint Labs locations. ARCpoint is a leader in the B to C and B to B drug and alcohol testing industry. Additionally, Gibbs has a consulting practice that helps companies improve their customer experience.

Gibbs is a Certified Net Promoter® Associate and has been a speaker at various conferences and is frequently called upon to discuss considerations related to measuring and improving the customer experience, exceptional contact center management, and optimizing the employee experience.
