The CX Archive Project documents the achievements and contributions to the customer experience (CX) of the Syndeo Institute.

The Syndeo CX Collaborative (CXC) comprises top customer experience executives from across the industry, domestic and international. The archive will include video oral histories of CXC members, panel discussions, and research findings that the group and its individual members have produced in the fields of CX, customer care, and customer service.
