Patricia Jo Boyers has served as President/CEO & Co-Founder of BOYCOM Cablevision, Inc. since 2008. Her previous position was as Executive VP/CFO since the inception of the company in 1992. Boyers is also President and 100% owner of Boyers Communications, Inc., a Missouri designated DBE in the business of underground cable construction and custom road boring since 1982. Patty has served on the board of directors for ACA Connects since 2007, the longest serving Chairman of ACA Connects, and only the second woman in the Association’s 32 year history. She has been inducted into the Cable TV Pioneers and Cable Hall of Fame, awarded Cablefax’s esteemed “Top 100 Players” Award consistently every year since 2015, and recognized as one of Cablefax’s “Most Powerful Women.”
Kristin Dolan is CEO of AMC Networks, a global entertainment company and home to many of the greatest stories and characters in the history of TV and film. Dolan oversees a portfolio of distinct and award-winning brands including targeted streaming services AMC+, Acorn TV, Shudder, Sundance Now, ALLBLK, and HIDIVE; cable networks AMC, BBC AMERICA, IFC, SundanceTV, and We TV; film distribution labels IFC Films and RLJE Films; AMC Studios, the company’s in-house studio, production, and distribution operation; and AMC Networks International, its international programming business. A seasoned executive with more than 30 years of media and entertainment experience, Dolan has served in a number of leadership roles throughout her career, including as Chief Executive Officer of 605, the audience measurement and data analytics firm she founded in 2016, where she led all day-to-day business operations including key client relationships, product development, sales, research, finance, legal and marketing. Prior to founding 605 and serving as its CEO, she spent 16 years in various operating roles at Cablevision Systems Corporation, the country’s sixth largest MVPD, including as CEO.
Thomas Monaghan oversees the entire Field Operations organization, including Charter’s nine regions operating across 41 states; engineering and construction, including Charter’s previously announced $5 billion Rural Digital Opportunity Fund expansion; supply chain management; business planning; standards and compliance; and human resources for field operations. Monaghan has held multiple operations roles at Charter since joining the company in 2014. He joined Charter from Cablevision (now Altice), where he served as VP of field operations in the Cable and Communications Division. He is a member of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) and a graduate of Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing’s (CTAM) Cable Executive Management program at Harvard Business School.
Lori Spencer has worked in Human Resources for 30 years in healthcare and high-tech industries. As a member of the CableLabs executive team her focus is on the organizational and cultural development of CableLabs and its subsidiaries. One of her priorities is to provide professional development opportunities to all employees which enable high functioning teams to thrive. Equally important is an emphasis on building high trust relationships and developing exceptional leaders. Committed to driving DEI initiative and opportunities, she draws inspiration from encounters with diverse and interesting people to help increase their capacity and confidence in their roles across the organization. Spencer co-hosts “The Corporate Bartender,” a weekly podcast which brings together a live audience of HR professionals and people leaders. She was recognized as WICT Rocky Mountain’s Woman of the Year in 2024.
In addition to appointing new board members, the Board of Directors voted to elevate two members to its Executive Committee: Yvette Kanouff, Partner, JC2 Ventures and Rob Kennedy, Former President and Co-CEO, C-SPAN, who will take on the role of Secretary.
