Through hands-on practice and reflection, participants strengthen their ability to prioritize, communicate, and lead effectively in uncertain environments. The result is a culture of agility—where people and performance flourish together.

  • Courses can be taken individually or as a progressive series that builds on one another.
  • Content can also be customized into in-person Masterclasses, scheduled series, or organization-specific licensing agreements.
  • Three Courses, each comprised of three 105-minute virtual sessions
  • Tuition: $1,750 per course or $5,000 for all three

1. Foundations of Agility

Through the lens of the Kubler-Ross Change Curve, understand why people resist change, and how move through the stages to acceptance. Learn how to build a culture of agility, where psychological safety takes center stage, and apply the C.A.R.E. framework for creating an agility practice.

Learn how leaders effectively respond, decide, and guide teams under pressure. Leading through clarity when priorities shift, communicate through change, and reframe challenges, overcome bias, and turn disruption into opportunity.

3. Scaling Agility

Take your agility practice from individual leadership to system-wide agility. Learn how to effectively empower teams and redesign decision bottlenecks that slow agility. Build sustainable agility habits and create 90-day agility roadmap to scale agile practices.

  • Distinguish task delegation from decision delegation
  • Empowerment through decision delegation
  • Identify decision bottlenecks that slow agility
  • Redesign decision flows
  • Apply C.A.R.E. to shift ownership to teams
  • Create habits through upgrading routines (vs. adding new habits)
  • Design how the team operates week after week
  • Creating learning loops – Try → Notice → Learn → Adjust
  • Create 90-day agility roadmap
