Through hands-on practice and reflection, participants strengthen their ability to prioritize, communicate, and lead effectively in uncertain environments. The result is a culture of agility—where people and performance flourish together.

  • Courses can be taken individually or as a progressive series that builds on one another.
  • Content can also be customized into in-person Masterclasses, scheduled series, or organization-specific licensing agreements.
  • Three Courses, each comprised of three 105-minute virtual sessions
  • Tuition: $1,750 per course or $5,000 for all three

1. Foundations of Agility

Launch your agility practice by understanding change, fostering psychological safety, and embracing a Growth Mindset. Build networks, optimize resources, and apply nimble learning to drive continuous improvement.

Key Learnings:

  • Shifting from a fixed to an agile mindset
  • Principles and behaviors that create a culture of agility
  • Psychological safety as the foundation for adaptive teams
  • RACE framework (Risk-taking, Acknowledgment, Collaboration, Empowerment) to support agility
  • Identifying personal responses to change and uncertainty
  • Reframing disruption as opportunity
  • Nimble learning: learning quickly, experimenting, and iterating
  • The role of empathy in adapting to change
  • Recognizing agility blockers within teams and systems
  • Practicing inclusive collaboration to leverage diverse perspectives
  • Building habits that increase adaptability and resilience

2. Leading with Agility

Strengthen your agility by mastering radical prioritization and leading responsively—not reactively. Reframe challenges, overcome bias, and turn disruption into opportunity.

Key Learnings:

  • Applying the principles of agile leadership
  • Using reframing techniques to shift perspectives during change
  • Clarifying priorities using the Eisenhower Matrix and other decision frameworks
  • Communicating with clarity and confidence during uncertainty
  • Guiding teams through ambiguity with empathy and emotional intelligence
  • Recognizing and interrupting Plan Continuation Bias
  • Facilitating productive conversations during moments of tension or resistance
  • Leading through unexpected challenges with adaptability and calm

3. Scaling Agility

Navigate volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity with confidence. Apply a five-step framework to lead through change and thrive in dynamic systems.

Key Learnings:

  • Establishing agile team rituals (standups, retros, feedback loops)
  • Using the 4 L’s (Liked, Learned, Lacked, Longed For) for continuous improvement
  • Studying systems to understand how change flows across teams
  • Breaking down silos through cross-functional collaboration
  • Scaling agility across teams and departments
  • Coaching others to adopt agile mindsets and practices
  • Creating simple systems and processes that support flexible work
  • Leveraging networks to solve challenges and drive alignment
  • Recognizing organizational patterns that help or hinder agility
  • Embedding continuous learning into everyday practices
  • Designing adaptive workflows that evolve with changing priorities
  • Developing a 90-day action plan to scale agile practices across the organization
