From Strengths to Influence

The Leadership Journey equips participants to lead with authenticity, self-awareness, and strategic influence.

Through a progression from identifying personal strengths to navigating organizational dynamics and communicating with confidence, leaders learn to coach others, build trust, and inspire results.

  • Courses can be taken individually or as a progressive series that builds on one another.
  • Content can also be customized into in-person Masterclasses, scheduled series, or organization-specific licensing agreements.
  • Three Courses, each comprised of three 105-minute virtual sessions
  • Tuition: $1,750 per course or $5,000 for all three

2. Building Strategic Influence

Expand your impact by mastering the dynamics of power and politics. Identify patterns that shape decisions, strengthen key relationships, and build a trusted network of allies and advocates.

Key Learnings:

  • Define workplace politics and their role in organizational culture
  • Distinguish between negative, positive, and neutral political behavior
  • Reflect on how political behavior shows up in your team and across the business
  • Practice neutral engagement strategies to strengthen cross-functional relationships
  • Build an influence map and assess your current sphere of influence using the W4 framework
  • Explore best practices for managing up with awareness and intention
  • Learn and apply the CLAW framework (Context, Leverage, Action, Walk) for strategic engagement
