Kyle McSlarrow retired from Comcast in 2023 after serving in a variety of roles in the cable industry.

Kyle served as a senior executive at Comcast, most recently focused on high-value strategic programs, customer experience, and digital platforms, including the deployment of the Net Promoter System (NPS) throughout the company. Prior to those roles, he served as Senior Vice President, Customer Experience Operations, where he oversaw customer experience strategy and journey design. Earlier at Comcast, Kyle served as Senior Vice President of the Washington Region from 2015 to 2017 and the Mountain Region from 2012 to 2015.

Kyle joined Comcast in April 2011, leading the company’s office in Washington, D.C. Before joining Comcast, he spent six years as President and CEO of the National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA). He also served as Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Energy and held senior leadership roles including Vice President of Political and Government Affairs for Grassroots.com, National Chairman for the Quayle 2000 Presidential Campaign, Chief of Staff for U.S. Senator Paul Coverdell, and Deputy Chief of Staff and Chief Counsel for Senate Majority Leaders Bob Dole and Trent Lott. Earlier in his career, Kyle practiced law with Hunton & Williams and served as a Captain in the U.S. Army in the Office of the Secretary of the Army as Assistant to the General Counsel of the Army.

In 2019, The Cable Center inducted Kyle as a member of its Cable Hall of Fame. He earned degrees from Cornell University and the University of Virginia School of Law.
