Syndeo Institute is proud to announce our third annual Intrapreneurship & Innovation Report. This year’s theme is Empower Every Experience, and we’re excited to delve into what that means to the industry, employees, and customers.
Here, we think of experience as a touchpoint between any combination of employees, customers, and consumers, both within an organization and throughout the connectivity ecosystem. An experience is something that happens to you that then becomes part of who you are. It’s both a noun and an adjective—you have an experience, and then because of it, you become experienced. You keep the experience with you, and it impacts your future decisions and ways of doing business.
The main ingredient in all experience is people, and in our high-tech industry, we’re committed to making every experience personal, memorable, and valuable. From employees to consumers, we are driven by a constant pursuit of the ideal customer experience (CX). The intrapreneurial concepts and innovative ideas pioneered here and refined by our Intrapreneurship Academy and CX Collaborative (formerly C5) to create the roadmap of how leaders, teams, and companies can leverage innovation as a catalyst for both internal and external experiences that drive the industry forward. This year’s Intrapreneurship & Innovation Report outlines the future of CX and why the impact we make is more important than ever.

Syndeo Institute helps organizations embrace and adapt to change while using new technologies to improve and hone experiences, and the way we adopt and acclimatize to AI will be no different. The impact of AI is acute across our industry, and experts agree it will be one of the biggest catalysts for change we’ve seen—possibly ever.
