The unique, 8-week virtual course — which is led by agility expert and author of The Agility Shift, Dr. Pamela Meyer — enables participants to build their internal and external resources to maximize their personal and professional agility. Participants also learn to weave a robust Relational Web — a network for support, coordination, and resource sharing — that enhances their ability to respond to unplanned change within their organizations.

“I’m now analyzing my team from a different perspective,” says graduate Jennifer Znaniecki, senior director of training, Mediacom. “We’re reviewing our strengths, working on areas of opportunity, and seeing what changes we can make and different strategies we can employ.”

After a successful pilot with rave reviews from participants, The Cable Center and Intrapreneurship Academy are proud to announce that two more sessions of Leading with Agility are scheduled for 2021: one from June 22 – August 11, 2021, and one from September 16 – November 5, 2021. Spots are available, but are filling fast.

“Agility is a necessary leadership quality in today’s rapidly changing business environment, and IA is proud to serve this industry need. I attended the pilot of the Leading with Agility course, and have already begun to apply the valuable frameworks at The Cable Center,” says Jana Henthorn, president and CEO, The Cable Center. “This course is suitable for executives as well as mid-level leaders, and there is no other program like it in the industry.”
